Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let the flavors harmonize for a few minutes.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl with the dressing. Toss well to ensure all florets are evenly coated in the zesty marinade.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to meld the flavors.
- Before serving, give the salad a good stir to redistribute the dressing and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
