Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Thaw the shrimp if frozen and pat dry.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  4. Drizzle lemon juice over the shrimp and toss gently to combine.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with parsley.
  6. Serve warm over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread.
