Description
A delicious smoked salmon bagel sandwich with cream cheese, dill, and capers.
Ingredients

- 4 oz smoked salmon
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 whole bagels (plain or everything)
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp capers
Instructions
- Toast the bagels until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese with dill and lemon juice until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture generously on each half of the toasted bagels.
- Layer smoked salmon on one half of each bagel.
- Top with capers and additional dill if desired.
- Close the sandwiches and serve immediately, optionally with a side salad or chips.
Notes
- For a different flavor, try using flavored cream cheese.
- This recipe can be easily doubled for more servings.
