Description

A delicious smoked salmon bagel sandwich with cream cheese, dill, and capers.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 oz smoked salmon
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 whole bagels (plain or everything)
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp capers

Instructions

  1. Toast the bagels until golden brown.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese with dill and lemon juice until well combined.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture generously on each half of the toasted bagels.
  4. Layer smoked salmon on one half of each bagel.
  5. Top with capers and additional dill if desired.
  6. Close the sandwiches and serve immediately, optionally with a side salad or chips.
