Instructions
- Begin by placing your boneless, skinless chicken in the slow cooker.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, onion soup mix, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well-blended.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken, ensuring the chicken is well-coated in the sauce.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 4 to 6 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the slow cooker. Shred it using two forks and return it to the gravy. Stir well to combine.
