- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season beef chops with salt, pepper, and rosemary, then sear until browned on both sides.
- Add lemon juice and beef broth to the pan.
- Simmer for 20 minutes, then mix cornstarch with a little water and add to thicken the gravy.
- Serve the beef chops with gravy over the top.
