- 8 slider buns
- 8 slices sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 6 dill pickles (sliced)
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with onion powder, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape into patties, making an indent in the center of each.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook patties for about 3 minutes on each side until browned.
- Add cheese slices during the last minute of cooking and cover to melt.
- Assemble sliders on buns with ketchup, mustard, and pickles.
