Description

A delicious and creamy guacamole recipe that’s perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 large avocados
  • 2 roma tomatoes
  • ½ small red onion
  • 2 small limes, juice of
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp kosher salt (more to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the avocado pits.
  2. Remove the avocado flesh from the skin and add it to a large bowl.
  3. Mash the avocados with a fork or potato masher, leaving it a bit chunky.
  4. Finely dice the tomato and red onion.
  5. Add it to the mashed avocado with the fresh lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Give everything a good mix.
  7. Add salt or more lime juice as needed.

Notes

  • Hint: you can easily remove the avocado pit with a large spoon!
