- 3 large avocados
- 2 roma tomatoes
- ½ small red onion
- 2 small limes, juice of
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp kosher salt (more to taste)
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the avocado pits.
- Remove the avocado flesh from the skin and add it to a large bowl.
- Mash the avocados with a fork or potato masher, leaving it a bit chunky.
- Finely dice the tomato and red onion.
- Add it to the mashed avocado with the fresh lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Give everything a good mix.
- Add salt or more lime juice as needed.
Notes
- Hint: you can easily remove the avocado pit with a large spoon!
