Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Thaw your frozen peas by placing them in warm water for a few minutes or allowing them to sit at room temperature. Drain well.
  2. Dice the bell pepper, celery, and green onions ensuring uniform cuts for a better presentation.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended and creamy.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed peas with the chopped vegetables. Pour the dressing over the mixture and toss gently until everything is thoroughly coated.
