Delicious and flavorful beef flank steak wraps with a creamy citrus yogurt sauce.

- 1 pound beef flank steak (sliced thinly)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 large whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup mixed greens
- 1 medium cucumber (sliced)
- 1 medium carrot (shredded)
- 1 medium avocado (sliced)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and lime juice. Add the sliced beef and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated beef for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired doneness.
- In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, orange juice, orange zest, lime zest, honey, and salt until well combined.
- On each tortilla, layer mixed greens, grilled beef, cucumber, carrot, and avocado. Drizzle with citrus yogurt sauce and roll tightly to form wraps.
- Cut the wraps in half and serve immediately with extra citrus yogurt sauce on the side.

- These wraps can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for a quick meal.
