Delicious chocolate nests made with peanut butter cookies, chow mein noodles, and candy eggs.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsweetened peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups chow mein noodles
- 1 cup chocolate chips (melted)
- 1 cup candy eggs (for decoration)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool completely.
- In a separate bowl, mix the melted chocolate with chow mein noodles until well coated.
- Form a small nest shape on top of each cooled cookie using the chocolate-coated noodles.
- Place candy eggs in the center of each nest.
- Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
