Description

Delicious chocolate nests made with peanut butter cookies, chow mein noodles, and candy eggs.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsweetened peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (melted)
  • 1 cup candy eggs (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool completely.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the melted chocolate with chow mein noodles until well coated.
  6. Form a small nest shape on top of each cooled cookie using the chocolate-coated noodles.
  7. Place candy eggs in the center of each nest.
  8. Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
