Description

A delicious cheesy garlic tortilla that is crispy and flavorful.


Ingredients

  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced) or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
  • chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix softened butter with garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  2. Place tortilla on a flat surface and spread the garlic butter evenly across it.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly over the buttered tortilla.
  4. Add red pepper flakes if using.
  5. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 4–6 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
  6. Remove and let sit for 1–2 minutes.
  7. Slice into wedges and garnish with parsley if desired.
  8. Serve immediately while warm and crispy.
