A delightful mix of jasmine rice, shredded rotisserie chicken, and flavorful sauces.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups hot cooked jasmine rice
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • chicken juices from the rotisserie bag
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon golden shallot oil
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons four season scallion sauce
  • Sesame Seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Shred the hot rotisserie chicken into a bowl. Add the juices from the bag as well as the green onions, and rice.
  2. Toss together and add scallion sauce and shallot oil.
  3. Top with sesame seeds and green onions.

  • This recipe can be served warm or cold.
