Ingredients

- 4 bags Black tea bags (Traditional black tea provides a robust base.)
- 1 cup Sugar (Adjust to taste.)
- 1 cup Fresh strawberries (Ripe, in-season strawberries are best.)
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice (A splash brightens the overall taste.)
Instructions
- Boil water: Start by bringing 4 cups of water to a rolling boil in a medium saucepan.
- Steep tea: Once the water is boiling, add 4 black tea bags and let them steep for about 5 minutes.
- Sweeten up: Remove the tea bags and stir in 1 cup of granulated sugar while the tea is still warm.
- Add strawberries: In a blender, puree 1 cup of fresh strawberries until smooth and stir into the sweetened tea.
- Chill and serve: Pour the tea into a pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until chilled. Serve over ice.
