Description
A simple and creamy scrambled eggs recipe, seasoned with chives and Parmesan.
Ingredients

- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp chives, to taste
- Parmesan, optional
Instructions
- Add the eggs and butter to a cold pan, then place it over medium-high heat. Stir continuously and cook for about 30 seconds.
- Remove the pan from the heat but keep stirring for another 30 seconds to alternating between heat and off heat—about 3–4 times, or until the eggs are softly scrambled and creamy.
- Once off the heat, season with salt, pepper, and chopped chives.
- Finish by topping with grated Parmesan and a little extra black pepper. Enjoy!
Notes
- For extra creaminess, add a splash of milk or cream before cooking.
- Adjust the amount of chives and Parmesan based on your taste preference.
