Description

A refreshing fruit salad featuring a variety of fresh fruits and Cool Whip for a light and sweet treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup grapes (halved)
  • 1 cup diced pineapple (fresh or canned)

  • 1 cup Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional for extra sweetness)
  • 1 squeeze lemon juice (to keep fruits fresh)

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all your prepped fruits gently.
  3. Fold the thawed Cool Whip into the fruit mixture gently, preserving its light texture.
  4. Add honey and lemon juice to taste and adjust as necessary.
  5. Let the fruit salad chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
